Traunkirchen

The Traunkirchen branch was founded in 1964 as a branch of the Gmunden branch. But just 2 years later, on March 4, 1966, the founding meeting took place and thus Traunkirchen became an independent local office.

In the years 1966 to 1968, an alpine shelter was built on the Kleinen Sonnstein (923m) by the comrades of the FRG local office in Traunkirchen.

Our operational area includes the municipal area of Altmünster and Traunkirchen.
